Als Buchhalter (m/w/d) im Family Office spielst Du eine unverzichtbare Rolle im Team. Deine Aufgabe ist es, die genaue Zahlen- und Informationsgrundlage für Allokationsentscheidungen immer aktuell zu halten. Du führst die Buchführung (in PS Plus) für vermögensverwaltende Gesellschaften bzw. Privatpersonen durch und erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse. Die Verbuchung von Vermögensgegenständen erfolgt sowohl manuell als auch automatisiert über Buchungsschnittstellen. Du kümmerst dich täglich um die Pflege dieser Schnittstellen und eine geordnete Ablage von Informationen und Dokumenten. Deine enge Abstimmung mit anderen Bereichen des Family Office sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Portfolio-Software sind ebenfalls Teil deiner Aufgaben. ‒ +
